Jeff Jones is the Chief Administrative Officer of Fremont Group. As CAO, Jeff oversees Business Operations, Human Resources, Security, and Office Services.
Jeff has nearly 30 years of collective experience in private equity portfolio operations, management consulting, and general management. He began his career with Fremont in 2017 as an Operating Partner at Fremont Private Holdings (FPH), where he worked closely with Fremont’s operating company management teams and boards on growth, operations, and organizational improvements.
In 2021, he became Head of Business Operations and assumed the role of Chief Administrative Officer in 2022. Prior to joining Fremont, Jeff was a Senior Advisor at TPG Capital, a consultant at McKinsey & Company, and President of the XLO Group of Companies, a third-generation family business.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University.
