Melissa Kremers is the Chief Financial Officer of Fremont Group. As CFO, Melissa oversees Finance and Operations, Treasury, Financial Planning and Analysis, Controllers, and Technology.

Prior to joining Fremont in 2021, Melissa was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Trust Solutions Asset & Wealth Management Practice. For over two decades, she provided technical and practical advice to global investment management firms on complex accounting, reporting, and industry matters.

Melissa serves on the Board of Governors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco and serves on the Audit and Finance Committees. She is a member of Financial Women of San Francisco, 100 Women in Finance, and currently serves as an Executive Sponsor of Fremont’s Women's Affinity Group.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
