Jack Simpson joined Fremont Private Holdings in 2024. He focuses on sourcing, evaluating, executing and managing FPH’s direct private investments. He is based in New York.
Prior to joining Fremont, Jack was an Investment Banking Associate at BofA Securities based in the firm’s New York office where he advised Consumer & Retail clients across a variety of transactions including mergers & acquisitions and debt and equity financings.
A native of Toronto, Canada, Jack holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Finance from the Tippee College of Business at the University of Iowa. He was also a NCAA Division I golfer at Iowa.
